Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:

Orders start processing when you place your order and end when the product leaves the fulfillment center. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays and will begin processing the next business day. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working business days.

Please note: Special order items may take 1-3 weeks to process.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from one of our warehouses located closest to you in order for you to get the item as fast as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in a warehouse located closest to you we will ship the item from another warehouse at no additional cost to you. If by chance we do not have any item(s) on your order in stock at any warehouse we will do our best to have the item sent to you directly from the manufacturer at no additional cost to you. If the item(s) on your order can not be sent directly from the manufacturer, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. If item has been discontinued and we are unable to get the item shipped to you then you will be contacted and will recieve a full refund for that item.

Oversized Items via Truck: 3-9 Business Days

Note: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. For items too big to ship via UPS Ground (beds, scooters) it may take a additional 3-5 business days.


Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Shipping Rates:

We charge a flat rate on your etire order if it being shipping out from one warehouse and being delivered to the same address. Please note larger items such as but not limited to beds and scooters will have a higher rate. You may be charged a additional fee if your order has to be processed from multiple warehouses.


Rejuwa shall not be liable for damages when deliveries are delayed or prevented by fire, war, rebellion, act of God, or failure or shortage of transportation methods. In the event Rejuwa shall not be able to adequately supply the needs of the buyer hereunder for any such reason beyond its ability to control, Rejuwa will inform the buyer and the buyer has the right to cancel any outstanding orders without penalty.

The privacy policy sets out how Rejuwa uses and protects any information that you give Rejuwa when you use this website. Rejuwa is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Returns & Replacements

Please do not mail back your item without obtaining a RMA number first. In order to obtain a RMA number please email and provide the customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Instructions will be emailed to you regarding your return. On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Rejuwa Medical's warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. Returns are accepted for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Up to 30% restocking fee + the cost of  freight will apply on all returns.

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase minus the restocking fee and cost of freight once the product has been received and inspected.

Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that have been opened, marked affixed with stickers/writing or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.

Special orders, sterile items and products that are made unsalable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Non-Returnable Products:

Due to obvious health reasons we might not be able to accept returns for the following products if they are determined to be opened or used:

•             Hospital beds and mattresses
•             Patient lifts
•             Bath safety products
•             Over the Counter Medicine
•             Products that might be hazardous to customers after use (some examples but not limited to, incontinence products, bedwetting alarms, breast pumps, etc.)

Please note your item should be returned to the appropriate Rejuwa warehouse and not to our office address.

Rejuwa shall not be liable for damages caused by shipping when buyer returns a item. It is buyer's responsibility to add insurance on all return items.
